Job Description

Project Manager in MEP construction background with Min 10+ years' experience in UAE.

Responsibilities & Duties

-Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering /coordination and implementation / execution of respective services / projects including control and monitoring of progress.

-Responsible to manage all Managers/Engineers/Sub-contractors and shall cover complete MEP systems.

-Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to Site Team to implement those decisions.

-Governance and oversight of all project activities and assigned work responsibilities to site engineers and foremen.

-Follow up with consultant for material / subcontractor's submittal and approval on time in coordination with main contractors/consultants/clients.

-Attend all daily / weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays.

-Carryout necessary follow-ups with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items.

-Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower. Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.

-Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.

-Working in office and on construction sites.

-Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships

-Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.

-Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.

Working Experience, Skills and Qualifications

-Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

-At least 10 years of experience in MEP project management

- Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

-Familiarity with international and local standards and regulations.

-Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
