Key Requirements:
Prior UAE experience managing interior fitout and joinery projects
Valid UAE driving license
Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination within interior projects
Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings and ensure execution as per specifications
Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and site teams concurrently
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the successful execution of interior and fitout projects from initiation to handover
Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Conduct regular site visits to review work progress, quality standards, and address site challenges
Oversee MEP integration and ensure compliance with design, technical, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
Ensure all health, safety, and quality standards are maintained across all sites
