Lead and manage the execution of multiple commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Supervise and guide site engineers, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets using project management tools.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams (Design, Procurement, MEP, Joinery, etc.).
Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to ensure milestones and deadlines are being met.
Resolve any technical or execution-related issues that arise during project execution.
Monitor project variations and assist in the preparation of cost implications or claims.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on project progress, challenges, and financials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
Interior fit out: 5 years (Preferred)
