The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee luxury retail fitout projects in Dubai. This role demands exceptional leadership, coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects that meet our clients' luxury standards. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all phases of luxury retail fitout projects from initiation to completion. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. - Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols. - Regularly communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management. - Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality of fitout processes.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury retail fitouts or related commericial projects. - Strong understanding of luxury brands' standards, materials, and finishes. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and building codes. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
