Job Opening: Project Manager

Client of Middle East Investment And Management Consultancy The duties of our Project Manager will include but are not limited to the following activities:

Six years of experience in the Middle East, preferably on civil engineering projects. Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Self-motivated candidate with a proven record of delivery and management. Responsible for managing project and client expectations, working across various projects, and interfacing directly with clients. Assist in implementing all project management aspects of assigned projects. Assist in preparing designs, presentations, proposals, analyses, and reports for project development. Approve design PEP, PQP, HSE Plan, method statements, interim payments, and submittals. Review and approve project schedules. Manage Fidic (Red Book) Contract administration. Handle municipality submittals and follow-up for approvals, coordinating with MEP and structural design engineers. Monitor and assist in bid documents and specifications. Perform site supervision. Supervise all construction work, complete project plans, method statements, and submittals from subcontractors and suppliers.
