Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop full-scale project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules. Estimate resources and oversee budget allocation, cost control, and financial reporting. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients. Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained properly. Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA). Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Mitigate project risks and resolve issues effectively. Deliver high-quality construction results while meeting deadlines and budget targets. Lead project teams and motivate staff, ensuring productivity and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in the UAE/GCC. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations in Dubai. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.)
