Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in construction project management.

Proven track record of managing projects of similar scope and scale.

Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects from start to finish.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.

Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality standards.

Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with the site team and client.

Review and approve project-related documents such as drawings, reports, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.
