Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for high-rise developments.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
Oversee procurement, scheduling, and quality control processes.
Mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum
15-20 years of experience
in project management, with a focus on
high-rise construction
.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
PMP certification
or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's construction regulations and standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
