Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in

fit-out, development, and contracting

to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have

5+ years of experience

in project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality assurance while coordinating with stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage

fit-out, development, and contracting projects

, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop

project plans, schedules, and budgets

, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Coordinate with

clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct

site inspections

to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Oversee

procurement and vendor management

, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Implement

risk management strategies

to mitigate potential project delays or challenges. Ensure compliance with

local regulations, industry standards, and company policies

. Prepare and present

progress reports

to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges. Lead and mentor

project teams

, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in project management within

fit-out, development, and contracting

sectors. Proven track record of

successfully managing multiple projects

simultaneously. Strong understanding of

construction processes, materials, and legal regulations

. Proficiency in

project management tools

(e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD). Excellent

leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to

interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

PMP certification

or equivalent is preferred.
