Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in managing
villa and residential construction and maintenance projects
. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling projects independently from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage residential and villa construction and maintenance projects
Plan, execute, and monitor project progress as per the budget and client requirements
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare project timelines, allocate resources, and manage work schedules
Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
Regularly report project status to stakeholders and address any challenges or delays
Handle procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain project documentation and records
Oversee maintenance works for residential properties and ensure timely resolution of issues
Requirements:
Education:
B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in
GCC countries
, specifically in residential and villa projects
Proven track record of
independently managing
projects
Strong knowledge of
construction and maintenance
practices
Familiarity with
ERP systems and other project management software
(an added advantage)
Excellent
communication and leadership
skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
