Experience: Should have a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in the UAE.
Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in infrastructure works, bridges, and tunnels.
Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a must.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, contractors, and team members.
