Project Manager - Interior Design & Fit-Out

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, supervise on-site activities, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage daily operations and ensure quality control at project sites. Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings. Resolve any project issues, delays, or site challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry. Strong understanding of fit-out processes, construction methods, and materials. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Valid driving license is mandatory.
