Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of data center projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, safety compliance, and quality assurance from initiation through handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage comprehensive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of data center projects.
Lead cross-functional teams (Civil, MEP, IT, Security) ensuring effective coordination.
Oversee risk management, project resource allocation, and issue resolution.
Facilitate communication among consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, building codes, and company standards.
Control procurement, contract administration, and budget management.
Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project delivery.
Maintain strict adherence to HSE protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
8-10 years managing large-scale construction or data center projects.
Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, IT infrastructure, and data center facilities.
Proven track record in vendor, stakeholder, and risk management.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and HSE regulations.
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management software.
