Al Moftah Al Dhabi Building Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Project Manager
to lead and oversee our ongoing and upcoming construction projects across the UAE.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
(mandatory)
Minimum
15 years of UAE experience
in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Excellent knowledge of UAE construction regulations, project management standards, and quality control procedures
Proficiency in project management software and tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Manage site safety, inspections, and compliance with UAE regulations
Prepare project reports and communicate progress to senior management
