Executing the project on time, within the approved budget, and in accordance with the contract specification Ensuring that the quality of the materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the criteria identified for the project. Preparation of Bid Summary with recommendations for approval of MD Receiving all the relevant information regarding design, drawing and engineering. Responsible for project controls (planning and cost control) Responsible for all aspects of project Quality Management & Control Ensure that all required personnel and labor are mobilized in a timely manner All aspects of health, safety, environment and security Follow up with procurement department and ensure all orders are procured on time Review manpower requirement and deployment Ensure proper material planning allowing for sufficient time for approval and processing of material requests Prepare progress reports Attend meetings with consultant, client, and subcontractors Issue instructions to subcontractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress work Identifying and taking necessary corrective action to improve the progress and or quality of work Handling project petty cash and matters related to invoices and payments Receiving and Auctioning project correspondence Follow up progress payments, certification, and receipt of payment Ensure that all cost and time impacts are recorded and secured Staff training and appraisals

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
