Play a vital role acting as a bridge between a project's plan and its execution. A PM's core role is to ensure that projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to quality standards. Oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved on time and within budget, project objectives are met based on the most efficient resources used and satisfy the customer requirements. Handle and support the Project.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives, scope, and milestone based deliverables.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of project managers, providing guidance and support.
Culture connect: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Risk mitigation: Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Stakeholder management/communication: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones. Manage stakeholders' anticipations on the project. Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Resource Management: Mobilize resources appropriately to ensure the successful execution of projects. Identify and address resource constraints to optimize project delivery.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
Quality Assurance: Implement project management best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Establish and enforce project management standards to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality projects. Determine flaws in the process and find corrective measures to ensure the project runs smoothly. Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines and quality standards
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager.
People Management Responsibilities:
Support in fulfilling departmental KPIs as set. Help subordinate teams align -Define goals for team members and
Ensure objective periodic administration of the performance appraisal process, provides feedback on an ongoing basis.
Actively provide inputs to team members on opportunities for performance improvement and capability development, and take actions to leverage people's strengths, and develop them through various available means.
Identify skill gaps and organize trainings for the team on various aspects to ensure overall learning and development.

Requirements:
Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or any Engineering related courses/IT/Business Administration
Certified Project Management Professional is preferred. Years of Experience
7-12 yrs with a min 2-3 yrs in managerial capacity Nature of Experience
Typically, greater than 2-3 years as Project Manager, have had responsibility for a numerous successful projects (delivered on time, meeting client requirements, with high team satisfaction), including some complex projects, and projects involving a number staff and clients.
