We are FOURLINKS GROUP is a leading waterprrofing company in UAE , currently seeking a

highly experienced and motivated Project Manager

with a strong background in

waterproofing

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

5-10 years of proven experience

managing waterproofing projects in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

You will be responsible for

planning, executing, and overseeing waterproofing projects

from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires technical knowledge of waterproofing systems and materials, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end waterproofing projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Lead and supervise project teams, technicians, and subcontractors. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution. Prepare project schedules, material requirements, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor progress, budgets, and quality control on-site. Generate reports and documentation related to project status, risks, and deliverables. Solve on-site issues and provide technical support where needed. Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Minimum of

5-10 years of experience

specifically in

waterproofing project management

. Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, systems, and installation methods. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Valid UAE driving license is a plus. PMP or similar project management certifications is an advantage. ability to speak in english ,Hindi| Malayalam Is a Plus
