We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager with hands-on experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of EV-related projects. This role requires deep understanding of EV systems, technology trends, and a strong ability to manage complex technical and commercial requirements across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for EV product development, infrastructure deployment, or integration initiatives.
Create detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations for EV-specific components (e.g., batteries, charging systems).
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
Track and report progress, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Lead stakeholder communication across internal teams, government agencies, and external partners.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2+ years in the EV industry (OEM, charging infrastructure, or battery tech).
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and full lifecycle projects (ideally in hardware/software or automotive domains).
Strong understanding of EV technologies, vehicle systems, and charging infrastructure.
Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
