Job Summary: The Project Manager oversees construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage risks and resolve project-related issues.
Ensure proper resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in project management in construction or MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification (preferred).
