Qualifications & Requirements:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. PMP certification is a plus.
? Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in projects and maintenance for earthworks, roadworks, and infrastructure in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Power sectors.
? Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
? Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
