Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage airport development and construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance and timely delivery.
Conduct risk management, quality assurance, and progress reporting.
Ensure all projects meet safety, technical, and operational standards.
Mentor and supervise project team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
10 years
of experience in project management, preferably in airport or large infrastructure projects.
UPDA Grade A
license (mandatory).
PMP Certification
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
Preferred:
Previous experience managing airport terminal, runway, or aviation-related infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with international construction standards and regulations.
