Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of oil & gas and industrial projects in accordance with contract requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Manage engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) phases effectively. Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining excellent relationships and clear communication. Review and approve project schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports. Lead project meetings, technical reviews, and performance evaluations. Ensure strict compliance with QatarEnergy standards, HSE regulations, and company QA/QC procedures. Oversee resource planning, budget control, and contractual matters. Manage variations, claims, and project closeout documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management roles within oil & gas or industrial EPC projects. Extensive experience with QatarEnergy (QP) projects is mandatory. Strong technical and contractual knowledge in pipeline, process, or utility systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and client coordination skills. PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage. Candidate must be currently available in Qatar with transferable visa and valid QID.
