What You'll Do:
Lead major projects from creative concept to live execution
Manage multi-department teams, budgets, and timelines
Ensure flawless delivery through expert planning and risk management
Collaborate with creative, technical, and government partners to deliver extraordinary results
What You Bring:
15+ years in large-scale events, festivals, or experiential design
Proven experience in Qatar or international markets
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual fluency (Arabic & English)
