Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
At least eight (8) years of demonstrated project management experience in Qatar's roads, infrastructure, and drainage sectors, within a total of fifteen (15) years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of Qatar's regulatory requirements, including Ashghal guidelines and permit procedures.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Locally available and visa transferable
