We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in managing building or infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee construction activities on site.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients.
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Manage project documentation and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architect.
Minimum 15 years' experience in project execution and management.
Previous work experience in Qatar or GCC is required.
Good knowledge of local authority procedures and standards.
Proficient in project management tools (Primavera / MS Project).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
UPDA / PMP certification is an added advantage.
