Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Prepare and manage project schedules, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
Maintain strong communication with clients and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on multiple construction projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must have UPDA certificate
