Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and proactively manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Manage communication between technical teams, business users, and external partners. Ensure all documentation, testing, and post-implementation reviews are completed accurately. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management

, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate or technology environment. Proven experience with

Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall

methodologies. Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and software deployment processes. Proficiency in project management tools such as

Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello

. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing enterprise software, digital transformation, or cloud-based projects. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT). Exposure to cybersecurity or data analytics projects is an advantage.
