Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead, plan, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining project quality within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all SLA's, KPI's and the single point of contact of maintenance of CCTV systems for technical and commercial. Manage the development, documentation, and administration of data protection and confidential information management protocols for CCTV systems and video evidence management. Manage the detailed auditing of the CCTV systems. Co-ordinate with OEMs for audit reports, validations etc. Perform technical risk assessment, Planning and implementing security measures and building disaster recovery plans. Ensure the team is full qualified and certified to manage the day-to - day corrective maintenance. Submit detailed reports to client based on requests from Corporate Engineering & health Facilities Management and Corporate Security Department.
Education, Training and Certifications Required:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, communications systems, or similar. A master's degree in Engineering or business management would be advantageous. Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Intermediate - Service Lifecycle certification.
Background Experience Required:

Minimum of 10-years in a technical capacity dealing with advance CCTV systems, Video Analytics and Security Systems. Previous management experience with a team of security engineers. A strong technical understanding of IP CCTV and access control systems, server, storages, network connectivity is essential. Experience in security systems (e.g., Genetec, Avigilon, Milestone, Pelco, Axis, Dell, Cisco, Allied Telesis etc.) Experience in developing viable and compelling Business Plans that result in the allocation of capital resources, including continuous follow through to measure and improve ROI preferred. Experience in healthcare with knowledge of existing and emerging risk factors and mitigating strategies preferred. Must be available in Qatar and can join immediately.
