Must be Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Fluent in English
Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defense and UPDA regulations
Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations
Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain schedule and quality
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
Manage budgeys, procurement and vendor relationships
