We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex IT initiatives across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership in Agile and traditional project environments, and a track record of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role is critical to driving digital transformation and operational excellence within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Maintain consistent communication with engineering, business units, and stakeholders. Create and manage project documentation, including charters, technical specs, and post-implementation reviews. Oversee risk, issue, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Act as Scrum Master when required, promoting Agile best practices. Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and compliance with internal frameworks. Coordinate infrastructure, network, and reporting dependencies. Conduct Steering Committee meetings and provide strategic updates. Ensure smooth handover to support teams with proper documentation and sign-offs. Drive value realization by aligning project outcomes with business goals. Support RFPs, vendor evaluations, SLAs, and other procurement-related tasks. Promote continuous improvement through project reviews and process enhancements. Support and optimize project management tools and workflows.

ANPR technology Wallet & Retail Payments Mobile App & Loyalty Development SAP, Salesforce, CRM, ERP Oil & Gas IT Projects Fleet Management, EV Charging Vehicle Inspection Digitalization Content & Queue Management Systems Proven experience working in the UAE or GCC region is required.

Qualification & Experience

Education

: BSc/BTech in IT, IS, or a related field.

Experience

: 10-15 years in IT project management, preferably in large enterprises or government sectors. *

Certifications

: PMP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master).
