This position is based in Saudi Arabia.

The Project Manager - Design & Technical Saudi Arabia will be responsible for providing Technical Support for the Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) developments primarily throughout Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a candidate with strong international hotel experience with MEP background.

Project types include leads & pipeline projects (new build, equity, conversions projects) and existing hotel projects (hotel renovations) across all of Radisson Hotel brands.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager Design & Technical:

• Maintain reporting and filing formats at Area office for projects and initiatives as well as regular reporting to ASO complying with all Guidelines, products, standards, and procedures application on all projects.

• Support Area COO and Engineering & Maintenance Director to establish and manage an efficient and effective operation by continuous monitoring and mentoring in R&M, HLP, P&L, KPI reviews.

• Drive and support the all-project initiatives, to achieve ASO and Hotel targets.

• Lead the maintenance and energy efficiency LRIP/CAPEX (planning, implementation, financial reporting) Support ADTS on repositioning LRIP/Capex projects, with Engineering expertise, procurement synergies and value engineering.

• Support pipeline delivery by providing expertise and professional Technical Services to ASO, GMs and others as relevant, primary in the Pre-Opening Phase.

Assist in review and comment on all Engineering related CAPEX & LRIP planning

Requirements of the Project Manager Design & Technical:

• Relevant degree-level education in MEP
• Relevant International hotel background and experience with HVAC, electrical/mechanical and FLS
• Mature and dynamic communicator at all levels and are able to combine strong technical skills with an excellent sense of organization
• Clear eye for relational and commercial aspects of your day to day work
• Fluent in English, both written and oral. Arabic and French speaking as additional languages are an asset
• Thorough understanding of drawing software such as, AUTOCAD, 2D, 3D, Microsoft and Others
