Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager cum Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Minimum 8-10 years in Electromechanical Company in UAE) who will execute the site works on a daily basis, you'll conduct meetings with Consultant, Clients & Main Contractor. Prepare Progress Reports, Prepare Lookahead Programs, Monitoring Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, Monitor the Site Progress & report to Senior Project Manager.

Location: Dubai

1. Initiating project documentation, keeping records, RFIs, RFQs. Verifying design, specification and notify to Sr.PM.

2. Coordinate with designers, consultants, client etc.

3. Attending meetings, prepare MOM,

4. Attend site inspections, coordinate with consultants,

5. Supervise Mechanical works, manpower distribution etc.

6. Coordinate with suppliers for taking quotations, sending drawings etc.

7. Knowledge/Requirement is must for the followings:

1. Thermal Load Calculation

2. Autocad

3. Microsoft Word and Excel

4. Duct Size Calculation

5. ESP Calculation

6. Fan Size Calculation

7. Hydraulic Calculations

8. Pipe Size Calculations

9. International Plumbing Code

10. ASHRAE

11. NFPA

12. Hindi / English Speaker

13. UAE Driving License.

Joining: Immediately

Contract length: 24 months

Benefits:

Salary: AED 12,000 to 15,000.00 per month

Salary Evaluation: In Every 2 Years based on Performance

Air Ticket: 2 Way Air Ticket in Every 2 Years

Leave Salary: One month in a year.

Service Benefits: As per UAE Law
