We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and villa maintenance projects. The role involves overseeing day-to-day project activities, conducting site visits, taking accurate measurements, preparing and providing quotations to clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Manage construction and villa maintenance projects from initiation to handover.
Conduct site inspections, take precise measurements, and prepare cost estimates.
Provide quotations to clients, explain project details, and maintain strong client relationships.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate procurement of materials and verify supplier quotations.
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on villa construction and maintenance (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, maintenance practices, and project planning.
Experience in preparing, presenting, and negotiating quotations with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory (for client meetings and site visits).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
