Project Manager – Construction
Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager - Construction to take charge of project execution from design coordination to delivery and client handover. The candidate should be experienced with construction project lifecycles, timelines, site coordination, and consultant interaction in the UAE.
This is an urgent requirement. The selected candidate must be able to join by early May, with a hard application deadline of 25th April 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction project phases from pre-planning to completion
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor construction schedules, budgets, and site activities
Ensure safety, quality, and authority compliance (DDA, DCD, DEWA, etc.)
Lead meetings, submit reports, and resolve on-site challenges Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
5+ years of construction project experience in Dubai/UAE
Strong grasp of UAE regulatory processes and construction documentation
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction planning tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary & Benefits
Compensation is open and negotiable within the AED 20,000 - 50,000/month range, based on experience
Visa, medical insurance, and work permit included
