Terra Sky Horizon Contracting L.L.C is a newly established, full-service construction company delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and renovation projects.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Engineer to join our new construction team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, flexible, and able to manage different parts of construction projects, support both site and office work, and help the company grow.

Key Responsibilities

*Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.

*Define project objectives, scope, and expected results in collaboration with the project team and clients.

*Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

*Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure progress, quality, and compliance.

*Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and regulatory compliance.

*Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external parties.

*Oversee on-site and off-site construction works from start to finish.

*Assess project practicality, break down scope, and coordinate with procurement on materials and specifications.

*Monitor contractual requirements, documentation, approvals, and invoicing.

*Coordinate shop drawings and manage on-site work to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years of construction experience in the UAE.

DM-approved engineer: minimum G+1 (G+4, G+12, Unlimited is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

UAE driver's license preferred.
