Project Manager (construction)
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing site operations to ensure timely project execution with quality and efficiency. This role involves managing project performance, identifying delays, and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Key responsibilities include reviewing BOQs and drawings, ensuring approvals are secured on time, overseeing finishing works, and managing snagging and handover processes. The Project Manager ensures compliance with specifications, monitors site progress, and facilitates smooth project delivery.
Requirement:
10+ years in construction, project management, or site supervision.
Contracting background is must
Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
