Project Manager ( Construction)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Civil) with over 10 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
Manage and supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Review and approve project designs, drawings, and BOQs.
Monitor site progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders for project updates and approvals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure quality control at all stages.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Certified in project management
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction site/project management.
Strong technical knowledge of civil works, structural design, and finishing.
Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects.
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera P6 preferred).
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
