Job Description
We are hiring an experienced
Construction Project Manager
with strongUAE experience
, preferably invilla construction
, to oversee and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and approvals (e.g., DM, DMT, Trakhees) Control project scope, cost, timeline, and quality Conduct site inspections and lead project teams Prepare regular reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field 8-10 years of experience,
5+ years in the UAE
Experience withvilla construction preferred
Knowledge of UAE authority processes Proficient in MS Project / Primavera PMP certification is a plusJob Type: Full-time
