Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays quickly and effectively. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial or residential). Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
