A multi-discipline manager,engineer , HSE officer and sub-contractors to achieve the availability and reliability of the projects in a challenging environment. Candidate must be specialized in protective coating, grit/hydro blasting, painting for Marine / Oil and gasKey Responsibilities:
Manage effectively the assigned project,
Develop and manage project action and operational plans
Manpower requirement and deployment with productivity management and evaluation.
Identify resource needs, develop and administer external consultant Terms of Reference and Contracts, as well as ensure timely and high-quality submission of agreed deliverables and outputs.
monitor and report on progress on a regular basis
Coordinating all aspects of design submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
Undertake research and develop project related reports, policy briefings, and discussion papers to enable client engagement as part of the project and relevant fundraising efforts.
Represent the organization in external meetings and workshops
Effectively manage project team and consultants by setting clear targets and objectives, coaching and task delegation depending on the position needs and effective communication
Work closely with other members of the project team and support delivery of other key marine projects/initiatives as required; support on overall communications and reporting.

Education:
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical or Coastal or Marine or Structural Engineering or Oceanography, Physics or equivalent.
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degrees or PhD degrees are preferred or Post-graduate/ Graduate degree in environmental science, marine biology or relevant field.
with Nebosh Certificate
NACE level II / BGAS Level 1 is required.
Experience:
10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in relevant field with a strong working background in Marine, Ship Repair, Oil & Gas with Hydro & Grid Blasting.
Sound experience in all aspects of project management (e.g., planning, funding proposal development, monitoring and reporting)
Good technical understanding on marine protection and restoration
Experience in managing teams towards a common vision and project objective.
