Job Description

We are looking for Asphalt Project Manager 10+ years of Experience 1. Main responsibility of a project Manager deals with the initiation of the project, planning for the project requirement, execution of the plan with controlled resources and closure of the project with necessary documents & records. 2. Coordinate in estimating the quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. 3. Initiating the activities as per the scope of the project and follow up with the managers' instruction. 4. Conducting site survey as per the project map & plan. 5. Mapping & planning of material, machinery and manpower as per project requirement. 6. Prepares designs, design calculations and design drawings and specifications. 7. Controls and close monitoring of the resources, not exceeding the budget. 8. Execution & monitoring the progress of the project as per the proposed operation plan. 9. Getting the approval of the manager, in case there is any deviation in the operation plan. 10. Execution, monitoring & scheduling of the various operations involved in the process of asphalt paving. 11. Establishing and responsible of the project communication with the manager and subcontractors. 12. Prepare weekly reports on valuations, progress & resources. 13. Coordinate with the manager in preparing the action plan in case of any deviation or failure observed in the project. 14. Maintains all documents & records for the whole project, right from the commencement of the project strictly adhering to the IMS standards with the manager's approval. 15. Specifies the defined task and encourages the crew members involved in the task with the managers approval. 16. On-time completion of the project. 17. Arrange with Garage for asphalt equipments or machinery repairs.
