Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction related technical/business field
10+ years of related construction phase experience is required, with 5+ years of related project management experience on related projects
Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.
Professional registration may also be required.
o Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.
o Should be involved when required in the designs on the project.
o Capability in scheduling using Primavera P6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects with well ordered and logical sequence;
o Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
o Strong eye for detail coupled with a methodical and organized approach;
o You will be a forward-thinking individual ready to change the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the team on how we can manage and deliver our projects.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be well utilised and your ability to develop internal and external working relationships is essential.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
