Project Manager - Civil Engineer
with proven experience in
roads and infrastructure projects and buildings
within the
UAE
. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership capabilities, and a successful track record in

accurately pricing work

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, buildings and site development) from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control.
Prepare and review technical proposals, tender documents, and pricing strategies.
Identify new project opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project specifications.
Lead tendering and bidding processes with a focus on cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum
10 years of experience
in the UAE.
Proven ability to
secure projects and win tenders
.
Strong knowledge of
pricing, estimation, and cost control
.
Familiarity with local authorities (RTA, ADM, DM, etc.) and project approval processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
