Position Overview

:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage our offshore brownfield projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore construction and operations, with a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly within the ADNOC oil and gas sector.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of brownfield projects in line with ADNOC's strategic objectives. This role demands expertise in mechanical equipment, offshore construction, and project management to ensure all operations are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of brownfield projects in offshore oil and gas facilities. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Work closely with ADNOC stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and drive project success. Ensure compliance with all ADNOC safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies. Review and approve engineering designs, procurement strategies, and project plans. Develop and monitor key project metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on project progress. Ensure effective risk management processes are in place, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance project team performance. Prepare and implement Project Execution plan (PEP) Manages all Project contractual and Project related meetings Ensures required materials are scheduled and purchased. Responsible for Project Material issues and control. Monitors material usage and costs to ensure material budgets are achieved. Liaise with QC department to complete inspection Ensures all additional works, out with the scope of the original contract, are invoiced. Comply with ISO Standards of 9001 & 14001 Coordinate materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at site. Coordinate with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project. Develop proactive monitoring and reporting systems and routines to ensure "early warning" of potential project problems. Prepare and presents project startup , progress and close out reports for senior management

Required Qualifications and Experience

:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

or related field.

10 years of experience

in the oil and gas industry, with

at least 5 years in ADNOC offshore operations

(brownfield projects). Proven expertise in

mechanical equipment

and

offshore construction

.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

is mandatory. In-depth knowledge of offshore construction methodologies, project planning, scheduling, and cost control. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Desirable Skills

:

Previous experience in managing brownfield projects in offshore oil and gas environments. Familiarity with ADNOC's internal procedures, policies, and operational frameworks.
