Account Manager
and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, scheduling, and budgeting to final delivery.
Collaborate with the
Account Manager
to align project execution with client goals and brand strategy.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to keep all workstreams on track.
Monitor budgets, flagging potential overruns and identifying cost efficiencies.
Facilitate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, progress updates, and action plans.
Ensure quality control across all project outputs and maintain brand consistency.
Anticipate and proactively resolve project risks, conflicts, or bottlenecks.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in project management within a branding, advertising, or creative agency.
Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with branding processes, creative workflows, and agency operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
