We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate all projects within our

Printing Division

. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-format printing, digital printing, and fabrication-based print jobs for events, exhibitions, and retail environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, working closely with production teams, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of printing projects, from brief to delivery. Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, installation) to ensure seamless workflow. Interpret client requirements and translate them into detailed production plans. Monitor print quality, color consistency, and finishing standards in line with Unigraf's quality protocols. Oversee procurement and material planning for print-specific projects. Maintain clear communication with clients, updating them regularly on project status. Conduct site visits when necessary for measurement and installation assessments. Ensure all projects meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards. Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions proactively. Manage documentation, project reports, and ensure timely billing and closure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years' experience in large-format or digital printing project management. Strong knowledge of printing materials, machines (e.g., UV, latex, eco-solvent), and finishing techniques. Experience with signage, POS, event branding, or retail print applications is highly desirable. Familiarity with color management tools and standards (G7, GMG, etc.). Proficient in MS Office and project management software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. UAE driving license is an advantage.
