The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of branding, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, managing projects from brief to delivery, and ensuring that client objectives are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their brand, business goals, and marketing strategies.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, including branding, social media, campaigns, website, content, and digital assets.
Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, content, and production teams to deliver work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Lead client meetings, prepare proposals, presentations, and present work confidently and clearly.
Develop and manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets.
Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches if needed.
Ensure accurate documentation, including briefs, proposals, SOWs, and reports
Maintain high standards of client servicing, communication, and problem-solving.
Establish and enforce agency processes for account management workflows and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in an Account Manager or similar role within a branding, creative, or digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, digital, and creative production processes.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
