Job responsibilties:
xc2xb7 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
xc2xb7 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
xc2xb7 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
xc2xb7 Ensure resource availability and allocation
xc2xb7 Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
xc2xb7 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
xc2xb7 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
xc2xb7 Report and escalate to management as needed
xc2xb7 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
xc2xb7 Perform risk management to minimize project risks
xc2xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Academic Qualification / Skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience
8-10 years of project management and related experience in oil & gas filed in Abu Dhabi offshore
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Salary AED 18000-22000 (all in)
