Job Title: Project Manager/Audio and Network Engineer - Audio Visual/AVL installation

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead our Audio Visual & Lighting projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, client coordination, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage AV & Lighting projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Oversee on-site execution, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and standards.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in Audio Visual project management.

Having AV/CTS certificates.

Strong knowledge of AV and lighting systems, equipment, and industry practices.

Excellent client-handling, budgeting, and multitasking skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
