Project Manager - JD
Maintains current, accurate, and complete job plans and specifications.
Responsible for preparing kit List and site visit report after the site Visit.
Provides pro-active and ongoing quality-control oversight and management of all project-related activities through direction, supervision, inspection, and documentation.
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls project activities required to ensure the effective execution of audio-visual, communications, and electronic systems installation, integration, and service projects.
Maintain business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Execute the design and signing of contracts.
Managing the progress of projects and ensuring their deadlines are met.
Responsible for all project documentation, incoming and outgoing.
Optimizing and improving processes.
Coordinating with staff and internal resources.
Making site visits and maintaining records of kits.
Collaborating with the team for floor plans, timelines, and working agendas for clients
Make certain all setups and activities in every department are executed promptly.
Be a part of crew preparation at the warehouse, thus ensuring the kit loaded for the site is checked and counted before the event.
Ensure quality excellence and customer satisfaction are in line with Company policies and safety standards.
